Postcard Opportunity: GOTV for Pennsylvania's Pro-Democracy Supreme Court Justices
This November, Pennsylvania will have a retention election for State Supreme Court Justices David N. Wecht, Christine L. Donohue, and Kevin M. Dougherty. Since Pennsylvania judges are not allowed to campaign for themselves, we need to help these three Democratic judges in their reelection bids.
Currently the Pennsylvania Supreme Court has a Democratic majority, which would end if these justices lost. MAGA is doing its utmost to make that happen, relentlessly attacking them. The Democrats are losing this essential race.
If these three judges are removed, there will be a tremendous political impact outside Pennsylvania, because a pro-MAGA court could swing electoral votes to the Republicans by aiding MAGA in restricting voter rights. Nineteen electoral college votes are in the balance.
